No enterprise contracts, no licence servers, no per-tool subscriptions.
Three ways to work
- Free — €0. For occasional BIM jobs. 10 runs a day, uploads to 100 MB, 7 days retention. No account at all still gets you 3 runs a day at 25 MB.
- Passes — €3 / €5 / €15 once. For a deadline or a project phase. Full access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, one payment, nothing to cancel. Files are kept 7 days to 30 days — longer than the pass itself.
- Pro — €19/month (€180/year). For architects, BIM coordinators and consultants working with IFC every week: uploads to 500 MB, 200 runs a day, pipelines of any length, 90 days retention, uncapped reports and exports, custom report branding, custom share passwords.
- Team — €49/month (€449/year). 5 seats on one bill, one shared workspace for models, job history, BCF rooms and validation profiles, uploads to 1 GB, 400 runs a day pooled, 180 days retention.
What changes when you pay
Four things, and only these four: how big a file you can upload, how many runs you get a day, how long files are kept, and how many rows a downloaded report contains — plus the team features on Team. Results on screen are never capped on any plan.
Questions people ask
Do I need Pro to use BIMCamel's tools?
No. Every tool is on every plan, including the free one and including with no account at all — viewer, validation, clash detection, estimation, collaboration, conversion, the lot. Paying raises quantities: how big a file you can upload, how many runs you get a day, how long files are kept, and how many rows a downloaded report contains. No plan unlocks a tool a cheaper one doesn't have.
Can I use BIMCamel without a subscription?
Yes, two ways. Stay on the free plan — 10 runs a day with uploads to 100 MB — or buy a pass for the job in front of you: €3 for a day, €5 for a week, €15 for a month. A pass is a one-time payment with nothing to cancel, and passes stack: buying a second while one is running adds its time onto the end.
What happens to my files?
They're uploaded over HTTPS, processed on our servers, and deleted automatically when their retention window ends. Without an account nothing is stored at all — the working files go the moment your download finishes. A free account keeps results 7 days, a pass 7 days to 30 days depending on which one you buy, Pro 90 days and Team 180 days. Files keep the retention they were given even after a pass ends — nothing is deleted early because you stopped paying.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes, from the billing portal, and you keep access until the period you've paid for runs out — nothing is cut off the moment you cancel. There's no contract, no notice period and no cancellation call.
Are my BIM files used to train AI?
No. We never train AI models on your files, and we don't share them with third parties. They're processed to produce the output you asked for and then deleted on the retention window above. That's in the privacy policy, not just here.
Where are my files processed?
On servers in the EU. Some sub-processors operate globally — Cloudflare for CDN and bot protection, Lemon Squeezy for payments — so request metadata and billing data can transfer outside the EEA, covered by standard contractual clauses where applicable. Your models themselves are processed in the EU. The full list of sub-processors and what each one touches is in the privacy policy.
